Parameter 2:

Set Constant Format Commands

The

set_constf_fmt

,

set_consti_fmt

, and

set_constb_fmt

commands all have the same form. They take two

parameters. The first parameter is the base address for the corresponding constants in memory. The second contains
the corresponding pitch, tiling, and format information.
