7. Replacing
Parts.
7.1 Burner Controller Replacement
Step 1:
Remove the four screws securing the
bottom access door.
Step 2:
Disconnect burner controller from the
wiring harness.
Step 3:
Disconnect the spark lead from burner
controller.
Step 4:
Undo burner controller retaining screws
and remove.
Step 5:
Fit new burner controller.
Step 6:
Refit spark lead and wiring harness
connector.
Step 7:
Test product and close access door.
7.2 Air Pressure Switch Replacement
Step 1:
Disconnect the two silicone tubes from
the pressure switch.
Step 2:
Remove the two electrical chassis
retaining screws arrowed.
Step 3:
Disconnect pressure switch wiring.
Step 4: It may be necessary to partially
disconnect the chassis wiring to access the
pressure switch mounting screws at the rear.
The air pressure switch can now be removed by
unscrewing from the back plate.
Turn off gas and any electrical supplies to
the heater before starting repair work.
