• You will need your Market Maven’s serial number, which is located on the
outside of the BATTERY COMPARTMENT COVER.
• While upgrading, be sure your device is receiving a good signal—two or
three bars is best.
• Once the upgrade process is complete, an update will be immediately sent
to your device, and it will automatically switch channels to show your new
Personalized Channel settings.
You must cancel the service if you do not want to continue. After the trial
period is up, a recurring subscription cost will be charged. There are no
cancellation fees, re-activation fees, or other fees other than the cost of
subscription. You can cancel by calling

or by logging into your
account at
www.myambient.com
and selecting “Downgrade”.

My Market Maven’s display is totally blank.
Confirm that the batteries are properly aligned with the (+) and (–) terminals,
and be sure to use fresh batteries.
Will this device work outside of the United States?
Sorry, at present we only broadcast from towers within the United States.
I put batteries in and now the clock just shows little dashes
This will happen until your Market Maven receives its first update from our
transmitters. If this continues for more than an hour, try moving your Market
Maven to a location with better signal coverage, such as near a window or
