Cleaning and maintenance
CAUTION:
Always be sure that the kettle popcorn maker is unplugged and completely cooled
before cleaning or attempting to store the item. NEVER IMMERSE the popcorn
maker or the kettle in water or any other liquid.
It is important to clean your popcorn maker thoroughly after each use to prevent
sticky build ups that are difficult to clean later. Proper cleaning of the popcorn
maker can lead to a clean, better tasting food.

When performing any cleaning or maintenance to this unit, be sure to unplug
from power outlet first.

Let the kettle cool completely before removing or cleaning.
3.
Remove the individual parts from the popcorn maker.
4.
Use a slightly damp, non-abrasive towel or cloth to wipe down the inside and
outside of the main unit, then wipe with a non-abrasive towel to dry. before
storing. NOTE: Never place any parts in the dishwasher, always wash
everything by hand.
5.
Unplug the kettle motor and remove from support brackets.
6.
After removing the kettle, fill it 2/3 full with hot soapy water.
7.
Let the kettle sit for 15-20 minutes to cut the grease. Empty the water. If
necessary, use a cleaning sponge to scrub inside of kettle.
8.
Carefully rinse inside only and dry thoroughly. Wipe outside of kettle with
damp cloth and dry with a soft cloth or paper towel.
9.
Do not use abrasive cleaners on any part of the popcorn maker.
NOTE: To protect the motor plug from getting wet, NEVER IMMERSE the kettle in
any liquid. Never place any parts in the dishwasher. Always wash all parts by hand.
