− Do not, under any circumstances, make any unauthorised
modifi cations to the appliance or try to open a component and/
or repair it yourself.
− The power cable should only be repaired by an authorised
repair workshop. Otherwise, contact our Service department,
to avoid risks.
− Ensure that the power cable does not come into contact with
hot appliance parts or other heat sources.
− The power cable must not touch the blades while the appliance
is being used.
− Never open the housing or slide objects into the housing.
− Ensure the power cable does not become a tripping hazard –
do not use an extension cable.
− Always unplug the appliance plug from the power socket
before cleaning or servicing, or fi tting or removing the
accessories.
− Do not expose the appliance to extreme conditions. Avoid:

High humidity or wet conditions

Extremely high or low temperatures
−
Direct sunlight
−
Open fl ame.

Touching moving, sharp-edged parts can cause cuts.
− Avoid touching the moving parts.
− Never remove the splash-guard lid or mixing container before
the blades have completely stopped moving.
