Deep Fryer
Care and cleaning
WARNING: Always unplug the Deep Fryer from the electrical outlet before storing
the unit or disassembling it for cleaning. Never immerse the unit in water or any
other liquid.
CAUTION: DO NOT use abrasive cleaners of any kind on any part of your Deep
Fryer. Abrasive cleaners or cleaning tools can damage the item.
WARNING Ethereal oils and organic solvents can attack plastic parts, e.g. lemon
juice or the juice form orange peel, butyric acid, cleanser that contain acetic acid.
Do not allow such substances to come into contact the appliance parts.

Wipe the surfaces with a soft cloth moistened with warm water and mild
detergent. Then rinse with a soft cloth dampened with warm water. Dry
thoroughly.

DO NOT immerse the Deep Fryer or cord in water or any other liquid.
WARNING!

Use extreme caution when opening the lid during or after cooking. Hot steam
will escape and may cause scalding.
•
Don’t touch the inside of the appliance while it is operating.
To remove the replaceable fi lters:
Your Deep Fryer is equipped with replaceable fi lters that help to prevent odors.
With time, the odor fi lters placed inside the lid lose their effectiveness and need to be
replaced. A change of color from white to brown in the fi lter shows that they need to
be changed. Replace fi lters after approximately 60 uses.
Please contact our after sales support for replacement fi lters.
1. To replace the fi lters, remove the plastic fi lter cover by pressing the hook in the
direction of the thermostat and timer knob, then raise it.
2. Insert the new black fi lter fi rst with the new white fi lter on top.
3. The fi lter cover must be placed over the black fi lter again.
