IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed.

BEFORE USING THE MINI FOOD CHOPPER.
KEEP AWAY FROM WATER!
1.
To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plug or base in water
or any other liquid. This is an electrical appliance. To avoid the risk of electrical
shock or serious personal injury, always operate with dry hands.
2.
This food chopper is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
the use of the food chopper by a person responsible for their safety. Close
supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
3.
For indoor household use only. Do not use outdoors.
4.
Unplug the food chopper from the outlet when not in use, before putting on
or removing parts, and before cleaning.

Do not leave the food chopper unattended when not in use.
6.
Do not operate the food chopper with a damaged cord or plug, or if the food
chopper malfunctions, or has been damaged in any manner. Return the food
chopper or contact customer service.

Keep hands and utensils away from the cutting blade while chopping food to
reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the food chopper. A
scraper may be used, but it must only be used when the food chopper is not
running.
8.
Be sure the bowl and lid are locked securely in place before operating the
chopper.
9.
Before removing the cover from the bowl, switch off the food chopper and
wait until the blade comes to a complete stop. Do not open the cover until the
blade stops moving. Avoid contact with moving parts.
10.
Do not attempt to override the lid interlock mechanism.
11.
Never place blade on the base without first putting the bowl properly in place.
12.
The blade is extremely sharp and must be handled with care
. Always hold
the blade assembly by the stem when handling or cleaning.
