1. Make sure the personal drink mixer is unplugged.
2. Clean the personal drink mixer as described in the chapter “Cleaning.”
3. Store the personal drink mixer and the accessories in a dry, frost-free
location out of the reach of children. We recommend that you store the
personal drink mixer in its original packaging or cover it with a suitable
cloth to protect it from dust.

Plug the motor unit into an
electrical outlet.
The personal drink mixer
has not been properly
assembled.
Check to make sure
that you have properly
assembled the personal
drink mixer and that the
drinking cup

attached and locked into
place.
The personal
drink mixer is
working, but
the food is not
being sufficiently
blended.
The personal drink mixer is
overfilled.
Unplug the motor unit
from
the electrical outlet. Detach
the drinking cup
from the
motor unit and remove
some of the contents
from the drinking cup.
Alternatively, you can also
shake the closed drinking
cup by hand.
There is not enough liquid
to blend the ingredients.
Fill at least half of the
drinking cup with liquid
ingredients.
