Fold the cloth once lengthwise so that the open side is above. The middle of the cloth lies on your
shoulder.
Knot the cloth ends around your hip.
At the same time, pull the opposite edges in order to pull the superfluous material from the knots.
Now knot the two cloth ends into a flat knot, and then shove this backward on your back so that it
lies on the lower half of your shoulder blade.
Unfold the cloth forward and then pick up your baby.
Let your baby slide over your shoulder – first with the legs, and then with the back and head –
into the cloth.
If you pull the inner cloth strip slightly upward, your baby will lie as if in a nest.
Now position your baby in front of your stomach, above your navel.
In order to optimally tighten the cloth edges, pull the upper edge over your shoulder.
Safe and comfortable for mama and baby!
TIP: You can leave the knots in the cloth so that you simply have to slip it over during the next carrying!
