How Can I Customize Bluetooth
Keyboard Shortcuts?
Choose which app the email and file folder keys open on
your “Made for Amazon” Bluetooth keyboard for Fire tablet.
Note: If you have a new Fire HD 10 (11th Generation),
you’re prompted to download the latest available update to
use this feature.
1. Open

2. Select Device Options .
3. Select
Keyboard & Language
.
4. Select Physical Keyboard .
5. Select
Email Shortcut Key
or
Files Shortcut Key
,
then select any listed app on your device to assign it to
the key.
Reset Lock Screen Password or PIN
on Your Fire Tablet
Forgot your lock screen password or parental controls PIN?
Reset it directly from the lock screen on your device.
Your device must be connected to the internet to reset your
lock screen password or PIN:
1. From the lock screen on your Fire tablet, enter the
wrong password or PIN five times.
