For sintering, a separate sintering bowl (178370) and sintering pearls
(178311) are used.
▷
Place the Ceramill Zolid Preshades frames for sintering into the sin-
tering bowl (178370) filled with sintering pearls (178311).
▷
To ensure proper support, place the frames with slight pressure
onto the sintering pearls.
▷
Perform the final sintering of the frames according to the following
program:

Heat-up phase: Room temperature to final temperature 1450
°C
;
heating rate 5 - 10 K/min
NOTE:
Loss of translucence!

The sintering bowl with the pearls are to be used only for Ceramill
Zolid and
not
for Ceramill ZI applications!
▷
Do not sinter Ceramill Zolid Preshades and Ceramill ZI frames
together in one sintering bowl!
Ceramill Zolid Preshades frames and ZI frames may be sin-
tered together in one sintering process in separate, stacked
sintering bowls. Sintering bowls can only be stacked in the
Ceramill Therm II (178350).
NOTE:

Pay attention that no pearls are jammed in the interdental spaces
or located in the crown cavities!
