Energy Saver

Unit must be currently running in COOL mode to set EN-

ERGY SAVER. Use this mode to help reduce energy con-

sumption. In ENERGY SAVER mode as the unit maintains

room temperature the compressor and fan motor cycle on

and off. Fan motor will shut off 3 minutes after compressor.

In non-energy saver mode  the fan motor runs continuously

while the compressor cycles on and off.
Press the ENERGY SAVER keypad.

Auto

(Fan Speed)

Unit must be currently running in COOL mode to set AUTO

fan speed. This setting automatically adjusts the fan speed

based on the room temperature. Two degrees or more above

your temperature setting and the fan will run on high. The fan

will run on medium speed if the room temperature is between

.1 and 1.9 degrees above your setting. If the room tempera-

ture is equal to or less than your setting, the fan will run on

low. Time between speed changes is 3 minutes.
Press AUTO.

Dehumidifier

Unit must be ON to set DEHUMIDIFIER feature. This mode

is used for removing excess moisture from the air. If the room

temperature falls one degree below your set point, the

compressor shuts off and the fan runs at low speed. A room

temperature one to three degrees above the set point makes

the compressor cycle ten minutes on and six minutes off,

while the fan runs at low speed. A room temperature more

than three degrees above set point makes the compressor

run continuously, while the fan runs in your preselected

speed. Energy Saver does not operate in this mode.
In any order.
Press DEHUMIDIFY.
Press TEMP/TIME to adjust temperature.
Press HIGH, MED, or LOW.

12 (indicates hours before unit starts up)

delay start, beginning now.
