Is there 12VDC out of the control board at the P9
connection to the element chamber?
No
Inspect the wiring and wire harnesses into
and out of the control board. Replace the
control board if no wiring issues are found.

Is there 12VDC to the solid-state relay (voltage
may change with incoming voltage)?
No
Inspect the wiring between the solid-state
relay and the control board for any open or
broken connections.
Yes
Is the solid-state relay closing and sending
voltage out?
No
Replace the solid-state relay.
Yes
Is line voltage being supplied to the heating
element?
No
Inspect the oven wiring between the
elements and terminal blocks for loose or
open connections.
Yes
Is the element drawing close to 10 amps?
No
Replace faulty heating element and retest.
Yes
The oven is heating properly.
