Maintenance Procedure
How to Disassemble a Spectra Series CYC Fixture
Note: The following will show you how to take a SSCYC100 apart but the same can be done for the 50, 200 and 400
units.
The following Tools will be needed to complete this task
1 x Phillips Head Screwdriver
DANGER: Before beginning procedure BE SURE AC LINE POWER IS DISCONNECTED.
The following steps will walk you thru how to disassemble a Spectra CYC
Remove the 6 screws that hold on the left and right-side plates. Figure 1
Flip the unit upside down and remove the screws that hold the Rear Assembly to the Front Assembly.

Flip the unit back over and remove the screws on the top of the unit that hold the reflector to the rear
assembly.

The Rear Assembly and Front assembly should be free to move now. To take them apart you will slide
the bottom end out first, then pull the front assembly down and out. Figure 4.1 thru 4.3.
You will follow the same steps in reverse order to reassemble the unit back together.

Note: There is a ribbon cable that attaches between the Front and Rear Assembly that needs to be unplugged before
each section can be completely disassemble
