Assembly

Step 1: Structure the Arcs

Snap the disassembled aluminum arcs into arc shapes by linking the segments.

Step 2: Slot Arcs into Fabric

Locate the two slot openings on the side corners of the DREAM CAP fabric. Slide one arc

through each slot until it reaches the back corner. Then secure the velcro on the front

corner slot openings to keep the arc in place. (Note: You may have to apply some

pressure to close the velcro.) Repeat with the other arc in the other slot. One slot has a

break in the middle. This is necessary so the arcs can cross at the top of the DREAM CAP.
