Sleep Timer

Menu > Clk/Timers > Set Sleep Timer

Setting the Sleep Timer allows you to turn your N3 off for a specified number of
hours. This is handy for airline travel – while asleep, N3 will not sense altitude
which saves battery power until your arrival. Be sure to cancel the Sleep Timer
when you arrive and prepare your gear for jumping.

On the Menu screen, scroll to and select

Clk/Timers

.

Select

Set Sleep Timer

.

Press the middle button to start the process.

Use the top and bottom buttons to adjust the

number of hours.

Use the middle button to scroll to

OK

.

Or, scroll to and select

Cancel

to abort setting the

sleep timer.

On the Ground Screen you will see the

SLeep

icon

displayed once your N3 is in Sleep Mode.

The screen will go blank after one minute.
