5.5 Dryer Function Overview

Compressor
Compresses drawn in ambient air.

Precooler
Cools compressed air prior to drying function.

Unloader Valve
Relieves excess Compressor head pressure.

Heatless Dryer
Removes moisture from compressed air.

Capacity Control Valve
Regulates System Pressure (50 PSI) and prevents
air from bleeding back through the Heatless
Dryer.

Air Tank
Stores dry compressed air.

Static Pressure Regulator Regulates the Static Pressure (20 PSI) and
maintains constant pressure on the Combo Block
for accurate Flow measuring.

Combo Block
Measures the Flow of compressed air and houses
the Humitter.

Outlet Pressure Regulator Regulates the Outlet Pressure.
10 Pressure Outlet
Outputs the pressure set by the Outlet Pressure
Regulator.
