spectro-guide
is a portable spectro photometer
which can be used to ensure consistent quality
in incoming and outgoing QC. It’s operated with
batteries to meet the demands of measurements in
the field.
The measurement principle is based on the
measure ment of spectral reflectance within the
visable spectrum from 400–700 nm. Two measure-
ment geometries are provided: 45/0 and d/8. With
45/0, illumination occurs in a circular pattern at
an angle of 45°, while the observation angle is 0°.
With d/8, the sample is illuminated diffusely, while
the observation angle is 8° “from the vertical”. Addi-
tionally, 60° gloss is measured simultaneously.
Up to 1500 standards and 999 samples can be
stored. This includes not only individual readings,
but also the calculation of mean values. The
measurement results are shown on the display.
The instrument is operated by the Operate button,
four cursor buttons, and the automatic trigger.
The Operate button is also used to switch on the
instrument.
All common color systems, color differance equati-
ons, indices, illum inants and observers are availab-
le for quality control and analysis.
The display can be configured in German, English,
French, Italian, Spanish, Japanese or Chinese.
