Measurement Parameters

Jetness indices

For grayness measurement following indices are relevant:

: Indicates the gray value of a sample.

•

: Indicates the hue-dependent gray value of a sample.

•

: Indicates the hue of a gray color.

Place instrument on deep black sample and measure it, see for example “

”.

The measurement of gray samples takes place in the normal color measurement
mode.
