Purification principles
Composite filter Process of the composite layer filter
The filter consists of 4 layers: dust filter, HEPA filter, activated carbon filter, and
formaldehyde filter (cold catalysis).
The dust filter first captures larger particles (dust, hair, animal hair, etc.).
The air then passes through the HEPA filter (level H13), which traps fine
particles, such as PM2.5*, PM10*, mites, pollens, mold, germs, and other
allergens.
Activated carbon then captures volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and in
particular fumes, odors, and polluting gases such as formaldehyde. The air finally
passes through the cold catalysis filter, targeting particularly formaldehyde, in
case there is any remaining.
Finally, a negative ion diffuser releases negative ions known for their invigorating
properties.
* PM2.5, PM10: Particles with a diameter of less than 2.5 and 10 microns
