Safety Tips
For your safety and to avoid unnecessary damage to your TV set, please read and observe the
following safety instructions:
Use and environmental conditions:
This TV set is intended exclusively for the reception and reproduction of picture and sound
signals. It must not be operated in rooms with high humidity (e.g. bathroom or sauna). The
warranty is only granted for use in the specified permissible environment.
If the device is used outdoors, make sure that it is protected from moisture (rain, dripping and
splashing water). High humidity leads to leakage currents in the device. This can create a risk
of contact with voltage or a fire.
If you have brought the device from the cold into a warm environment, leave it switched off for
about an hour because of the possible formation of condensation.
Do not place any objects filled with liquids or lit candles on the device.
Depending on the chosen fastening or stand solution, there is a risk of crushing between TV
housing and stand. When turning the TV set, make sure that there are no fingers or objects in
this area.
Batteries present a potential risk of suffocation. Do not allow children to open the battery
storage compartment.
Transport:
Grasp the device by the edges of the housing at the top and bottom.
The display is made of glass or plastic and can break if handled improperly. No guarantee is
given for damage caused by external influences.
