Frame rates vs. Cropping/ROI
Cropping is a functionality similar to ROI (region of interest). By using a reduced
area of the available sensor, the payload is reduced, increasing frame rates. For

Calculation of maximum frame rates for different regions of interest (ROIs) with
Alvium CSI-2 cameras does not allow to give a formula. Data was generated at
minimum exposure time and full resolution, using RAW8 pixel format. The
bandwidth of your system can limit the available maximum frame rate.
Sensor shutter types
Some Alvium camera models have global shutter (GS), some have electronic rolling
shutter (ERS). See

Available values for width
First release Alvium CSI-2 cameras support to set
