The trigger circuit is connected to a Texas Instruments SN74ACT244PWR buffer/driver inside the camera. The required trigger input current is 
less than 10uA and the maximum sync output current is 24mA.  See the Texas Instruments SN74ACT244PWR for more detailed information.   

Note that the trigger input signal is not terminated to match the cable impedance.
