Performing a Factory Reset of your 9300-RADES 

 

The 9300-RADES offers two levels of reset.  The first level resets the IP address 
only, the second level resets all of the settings to default 
 
Materials Needed: 
   

- Small Screwdriver or paper clip 

 

- AC power supply included with the modem kit 

 

 Resetting the IP address only (Sets RADES to 192.168.1.1/255.255.255.0) 

 

1.  Leave power applied to the modem 
 
2.  Remove the plastic clip located on the back of the unit. To do this use a  

small screwdriver to lift the center snap carefully and slide the clip up to 
remove. 

 
3.  Locate the Yellow Reset button in the right clip slot. The button will be 

towards the bottom of the slot. 

 

4.  Press the yellow button with a small screwdriver or paperclip and hold until 

the LEDs on the front of the unit move in a circular pattern. 

 

5.  Cycle power and the IP address will be set back to default 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 
Use care when inserting screwdriver to prevent damage to the
