Racking Configuration
Disperse your bottles evenly throughout the unit so as not to concentrate weight in any one area. This also helps to
provide an even temperature range throughout the unit. Make sure that bottles are not all grouped together either at
the top or bottom of the cabinet. Never try to pull out more than one shelf at a time as it can cause the appliance to tip
forward.
The Allavino Wine Cellar has sturdy hardwood shelves that
can be extended or taken out for easy loading or
unloading. The 2 shelves will hold up to 4 standard 750ml
wine bottles each. The bottom storage area can hold
larger magnum bottles or up to 4 standard bottles,
affording you easy access to up to 12 of your favorite
bottles. The overall bottle capacity will vary depending
upon the size of your bottles. If you have larger diameter
bottles, you can remove a shelf to accommodate them,
but that will affect your overall bottle capacity.
This wine cellar features hardwood shelves that extend
to make loading and unloading bottles quick and easy. A
notch on the bottom of the shelf fits in a groove on the
cabinet wall to prevent loaded shelves from sliding all
the way out of the unit. To remove an empty shelf from
the cellar, tip the front of the shelf down slightly to lift
the notch out of the groove and pull the shelf all the way
out. Do not use this method to fully remove a loaded
shelf from the unit, as it may cause the bottles to fall off
the shelf and break.
