ALL-FILL, Inc. warrants each new item of its manufacture to be free from defects for a peri-
od of one year from date of shipment. Used or reconditioned equipment will be warranted
for a period of ninety (90) days from date of shipment. Equipment within this warranty will be
repaired free of charge and returned to the point of original sale provided that:
● Prior approval is obtained from ALL-FILL, Inc.
● The defective equipment is returned freight pre-paid
● The equipment has not been damaged by misuse, neglect, improper operation, acci-
dent, or alteration; as determined by the seller
Except for warranties and agreements expressly set forth in writing, ALL-FILL shall not be
liable for any representation or warranty of any kind whatsoever, either expressed or
implied. ALL-FILL assumes no responsibility or liability for any incidental or consequential
damages caused by failure of any of its products or accessories.
