6. ALL-CLAD'S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE COST OF
REPAIRING OR REPLACING THE DEFECT PRODUCT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ALL-CLAD BE
LIABLE TO THE PURCHASER AT RETAIL OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF
CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE.
7. Some states do not allow a disclaimer of implied warranties, or the exclusion of incidental, special, or
consequential damages Consequently, the disclaimer and limitations set forth in Paragraphs 5 and 6 above may not apply
to all original purchasers.
8. This warranty gives specific legal rights, and the Purchaser may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
