WARRANTY
The trampoline you have purchased has a warranty against manufacturing defects and
premature wear (see details on the site). Our trampolines have undergone numerous
tests under intensive use and extreme conditions, and have been awarded the certifi-
cations EN71-14 / EN71 parts 1, 2, 3, directive 2009/48/EC: «Toy safety», certified by
Laboratoire Intertek France.
Excluded from the warranty are the following:
• The replacement of worn parts.
• The corrosion of steel structures.
• The seals on the padding.
• Tears on the fabrics or netting.
• Steel cracks, breaks or bends in the event of an impact.
• Seam problems if torn.
• The unusual or non-compliant use of products.
• Damage from work performed by a technician not approved by Alice’s Garden.
• Damage resulting from a cause external to the equipment (for example: accident, im-
pact, lightning, strong winds, etc.).
• Damage linked to transportation, and missing parts not indicated on the delivery slip.
Alice’s Garden (Walibuy) warranty claims are fulfilled by the replacement of damaged parts
and the payment of return postage costs borne by the purchaser. If the product cannot be
repaired, Alice’s Garden will offer you a replacement, at a preferential rate, in the form of a
product of equivalent characteristics. The contractual warranty does not preclude the bene-
fits of the legal warranty against hidden defects, which runs for 6 months starting from the
date of delivery. We bear no liability for accidents caused by incorrect use or failure to follow
the safety instructions.
