Operation/control
Step 1
Always read the technical data thoroughly. See chapter
CAUTION
Alfa Laval cannot be held responsible for incorrect operation/control.
Step 2
Never touch the pump or the pipelines when pumping hot liquids
or when sterilising.
Danger of burns!
Step 3
Never run the pump with both the suction side and the pressure
side blocked.
Danger of explosion!
See the
warning
label!
Step 4
CAUTION
The shaft seal must not run dry.
CAUTION
Never throttle the inlet side.
Do not
allow to
run dry
