5 Maintenance
Service the valve regularly.
Study the instructions carefully and pay special attention to the warnings!
Always use Alfa Laval genuine spare parts. Always keep spare rubber seals, lip seals and diaphagms in stock.
Check the valve for smooth operation after servicing.

Step 1
When dismounting always mark the position of actuator, upper
and lower valve body,
This makes the reassembly much easier, as the valve can be
mounted up in the same position in the workshop.
