5 Maintenance
Service the valve regularly.
Study the instructions carefully and pay special attention to the warnings!
Always use Alfa Laval genuine spare parts. Always keep spare rubber seals, lip seals and diaphagms in stock.
Check the valve for smooth operation after servicing.

NOTE!
It is also possible to use a screw driver between the bonnet and
valve. There is an “opening” marked in the bonnet where the
screw driver can be fitted.

Dismount bonnet and diaphragm

Replace the diaphragm.
It is important that the rounded face of the disc point towards
the diaphragm.
The bushing (24) in the bonnet can be changed, if necessary.
