Suspension Kneeling System
The Kneeling System may be fitted with
options specified by the Bodybuilder
but not covered in the following
paragraph. Operators must familiarise
themselves with any instructions issued
by the Bodybuilder.
The Kneeling System deflates and
inflates the suspension air bags on the
front suspension. The system will not
operate if the doors are open, if the
handbrake is not on, or if the vehicle is
moving. Conversely, the system will
prevent the doors from opening if the
vehicle is moving or if raising or
lowering process is operating.
If the handbrake is moved to the
OFF
position while the front of the vehicle is
lowered, the suspension will
automatically return to normal ride
height.
