cool off before cleaning it.
• Do not move the espresso maker

• In case of malfunction of or

or power cable, do not use the
espresso maker. Take it to your
dealer.

• Replace any worn parts with
original replacement parts.

making coffee. Use only ground
coffee and no other type of extract.
• Do not put any object in the
espresso maker while it is in

• Every espresso maker is tested
during the production cycle.
Therefore, any traces of humidity
in the boiler are normal and do
not compromise operation of the
espresso maker.
• At the end of its life cycle, the
espresso maker must be disposed
of separately from other household
waste. Deliver it to a differentiated
collection centre for electrical and
electronic waste, or take it to your
Alessi dealer, or to any retailer of
electrical and electronic devices
when buying a new unit of the
same type.

BEFORE USING THE ESPRESSO

• Make and discard several batches
of coffee, using the grounds to
eliminate any metallic taste (see:
