Alen Air Purifier Lifetime Warranty
Alen offers the industry’s first Lifetime Warranty coverage for all Alen air purifiers and
air cleaners. This Lifetime Warranty reflects Alen’s commitment to providing our
customers with the best value and performance of any air purifier in the market. Alen
warrants your Alen Air Purifier to be free from defects in material or workmanship for as
long as you own your air purifier. Alen recommends replacing the HEPA filter every six
(6) months to maintain the performance, durability and longevity of your Alen air
purifier.
To participate in the Alen Lifetime Warranty, customers need to complete the following:
1.
Complete product registration form online at
www.Alentech.com
2.
Participate in Alen’s Filter Replacement Program. Two replacement HEPA filters
will be shipped to you every year on your registration anniversary for as long as
you own your machine. An Alen representative will contact you for payment
details.
Alen's obligation and liability under this Lifetime Warranty is limited to repairing or
replacing (at Alen’s sole discretion) the defective unit and paying the freight cost of
shipping the replacement unit to you. This Lifetime Warranty does not cover replacement
filters. In the event of a malfunction or failure of your Alen Air Purifier, please contact
Alen directly at

. The return authorization number must be clearly
written on the outside of the shipping box or the shipment may be refused. Your Lifetime
Warranty remains in effect only if your Alen Air Purifier is:
1. Operated in accordance with the instructions provided in the Alen User Manual.
2. Replaced the HEPA filter with Alen replacement filters at least once every six (6)
months via Alen Filter Replacement Program.
3. Connected to a proper power supply (see voltage label on machine).
4. Shows no evidence of tampering, mishandling, neglect, accidental damage,
modification, and/or repair done to the Alen Air Purifier by anyone other than authorized
Alen service personnel.
5. Your warranty registration has been completed and submitted to Alen.
6. This Lifetime Warranty cannot be transferred.
This Lifetime Warranty is provided by Alen Corporation, a Delaware Company.
ALEN DISCLAIMS ANY EXPRESS WARRANTY NOT PROVIDED HEREIN AND
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, GUARANTEE OR REPRESENTATIONS AS TO THE
SUITABILITY FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, PERFORMANCE, QUALITY
AND ABSENCE OF HIDDEN DEFECTS, AND ANY REMEDY FOR BREACH OF
