− Do not take rechargeable batteries apart
and do not short-circuit them. Danger of
explosion!
− Never short circuit the supply terminals.
Avoid allowing them to come into contact
with metallic objects.
− The rechargeable batteries are located
inside the housing and are not
replaceable.

Risk of chemical burns!
Leaked fluid from the rechargeable batteries
could cause burns if it comes into contact with
skin or other body parts.
− If battery acid leaks out, avoid contact with
skin, eyes and mucous membranes. In the
event of contact, immediately rinse the
affected areas with plenty of clean water
and consult a physician.
− In the event that battery acid leaks out,
protective gloves must be worn and
the leaked acid removed using a dry,
absorbent cloth.
