To access the interval mode:
− Tap the MODE key

After a moment, the first activity (in
this case “Run”) with the configured
time (in this case 3 minutes – “03:00”)
will appear and the number of
repetitions (“03 REP”).
Defining intervals
Before you start your workout,
you can define how it is structured:
1. In interval mode, press and hold
the MODE key

until the number of
repetitions flashes in the bottom row.
2. Configure how often certain activities
will be repeated.
3. Tap the VIEW key

The first activity will be shown.
4. Select “OFF” to deactivate this activity
and continue with step 11.
Or select “ON” to edit the sport.
