FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE
CALLBACK
You call an internal number and get a busy tone. The System
assistant then gives you the option of "placing a call back" -
being called back automatically when that extension is available.

Dial 5 when prompted

Replace Handset.
To cancel the call back request, dial the extension number that
was busy and hang up, or follow the voice message instructions.
GROUP CALL PICKUP
When you hear a phone ringing in another office or where no-one
can answer, you can answer the call on your own phone if the
phone belongs to the same pickup group as your own:
