I am unable to add a contact in my contacts

Make sure that your SIM card contacts are not full; delete some
files or save the files in the phone contacts (i.e. your professional
or personal directories).
My callers are unable to leave messages on my voicemail

Contact your network operator to check service availability.
I can't access my voicemail
•
Make sure your operator’s voicemail number is correctly entered
in "Voicemail number".

Try later if the network is busy.
I am unable to send and receive MMS
•
Check your phone memory availability as it might be full.

check MMS parameters.

Verify the server centre number or your MMS profile with your

Contact your network operator to obtain the PUK code (Personal

Install Smart Suite.
•
Check that your USB driver is installed properly.

has activated.

How to properly care for my phone for water resistance
The device may be damaged if water or dust enters the device.
Follow these tips carefully to prevent damage to the device:

Make sure SIM/SD cover and other covers are tightly closed.
•
Do not immerse the device in water deeper than 1 meter and keep
it submerged for more than 30 minutes.

Do not immerse the device to water moving with force, such as
ocean waves, or waterfalls.
•
Do not open the device’s covers when the device is in water or in
very humid places, such as swimming pools or bathrooms.
•
The touch screen and other functions may not work properly if the
device is used in water.
Phone notice the headset is plugged in but without headset

If the device has been immersed in water and if water enters into
the audio jack, sometimes the screen will show the notice “Headset
is plugged in” or display in notification area, it will be recovered
after the audio jack is dry.
