If there’s any bubble in some point, it means the position has air leak issue and the air leak test fails.
Please repair air leak issue before going to next step.
Repair guideline for air leak issue:
 Air leakage in Sidekey: check whether the foam of Sidekey is well assembled and re-assemble
Sidekey if necessary;
 Air leakage in Air hole: check whether the seal foam on Air hole is well assembled and re-
assemble the foam if necessary;
 Air leakage in Audio jack: re-assemble the audio jack
 Air leakage in SIM cover: check whether the SIM cover is well crammed into SIM slot;
 Air leakage in USB connector: check whether the O ring is well assembled, and dispensing the
glue(5140) on USB connector screws again if necessary.
 Air leakage in camera window and flash led cover: swap the frame
