Alarm acknowledgment
After an alarm is triggered, the alarm server can set an location audio signal on the phone. This
signal is designed to help rescue teams to locate the phone and its user.
3.1
End the location audio signal
Access MENU.
Alarm ack.
If configured. Enter device PIN code (The default is empty).
Send alarm ack
The location audio signal ends up.
3.2
Alarm acknowledgment
If “alarm with ack” option is activated, the alarm, in "Alarm to server" mode, has to be
acknowledged to warn the central that the rescue team is on site.
3.3
Change the acknowledgment password
You can change the password you need to enter to stop the location audio signal. You can also
choose to not enter any password for acknowledging an alarm.
Access MENU.
Alarm ack.
If configured. Enter device acknowledge password (the default is empty).
New alarm ack PIN
Enter old password (not requested if entering a password for the first time).
Enter new password (leave field empty if you don’t want to enter a password
when acknowledging an alarm).
Confirm new password (leave field empty if you don’t want to enter a
password when acknowledging an alarm).
