5. Operation
5.1. Turning on and adjusting volume
To turn on the radio, short press the turning knob . To turn
off the radio, long press the knob.
To increase the volume, turn the volume knob clockwise.
5.2. Choosing the right country setting
The AE 6120 VOX radio supports all current European CB radio
standards. The factory default setting is “E”.
Procedure for switching the country setting:
• Turn off the radio
• Press and hold down the
MODE
button (AM/FM)
• Now turn on the radio
• Release the MODE button
• Now use the UP/DN buttons to select one of the country
settings “d, EC, Po, UK, E, I2, In”
• Turn the radio off and then on again to confi rm your
selection. The radio uses the selected country setting from
now on.
