Pump hose replacement.
In prevention, change the pump hose after
90 % of the life time of the first hose.

Lubricant replacement.
At the end of two hose changes or 5000
hours of functioning. Otherwise, in every
hose break.

Gearbox oil replacement.
Refer to the gearbox maintenance manual
provided with the pump.

Replacement of the seal ring REF27.
In case of presence of lubricant in the leak
channel.

Replacement of the shaft seal REF26.
In case of presence of lubricant in the leak
channel.

Replacement of the shaft seal REF105 and
REF106 (ALHS series).
In case of presence of oil in the leak chan-
nel or at the lip seals.

Replacement of the shoes.
If these are worn on the contact surface.

In the case of a leak around the pump
cover.

If there are abnormal noises coming from
the bearing case.

the flanges and the sleeves.

face.
