Voice Genie /BIOS Mirror and AGP Protection
Function: SW1 (only for PX845PE/GE PRO II)
This switch is used to configure the Voice Genie, BIOS Mirror and AGP Protection
functions. With SW1-1 and SW1-2, you can select the appropriate language for audio
diagnostics. With the SW1-3 switch, you can enable or disable AGP Protection. AGP
protection is used to ensure that only 1.5V AGP cards are used in the AGP slot. With the
SW1-4 switch, you can begin using the alternate or mirror BIOS by switching this switch to
“rescue”. This is used when the primary BIOS had been infected with a virus or damaged
during a flash update.
