How to display the electronic programme guide
As well as broadcasting TV programmes, some broadcasters
also send information about current and future TV programmes
such as: programme titles; show times; and brief descriptions of
what the programme is about. This set-top box displays this
information on the 'Electronic Programme Guide' (EPG). When
there is no information for a channel, the words 'No Information'
will be displayed where the text would normally be displayed.
The set-top box provides two EPG display options. They are
called 'Now and Next' and '7-Day'. You can see examples of
these EPG formats, (see right).
The EPG format displayed depends on the EPG setting you
have chosen on the 'Configuration' page, (see Configuration on
page 58 for details).
In the following example, the setting is 'Now and Next'.
