CUSTOMER SERVICE
If the microwave oven is not working, check the following:
•
Is it connected to the mains? Where necessary remove the plug, wait 10 seconds and insert it properly back into the power socket.
•
Check the safety mechanisms. If they are okay, check that the socket is working by connecting another device to it.
•
Check whether a time period has been selected with the time switch.
•
Check whether the oven door has been properly closed.
IF THE OVEN STILL CONTINUES NOT TO WORK, PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPAIR THE OVEN YOURSELF.

The purchaser must prove the right to guarantee claims by presentation of the purchase receipt.
