SAFETY INFORMATION
11. The content of feeding bottles and baby food jars are to be stirred or shaken and the
temperature is to be checked before consumption, in order to avoid burns.
12. Eggs in their shell and whole hard-boiled eggs shall not be heated in microwave ovens since
they might explode even after microwave heating has ended.
13. Failure to maintain the oven in a clean condition could lead to deterioration of the surface that
could adversely affect the life of the appliance and possibly result in a hazardous situation.

Danger of electric shock!
Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself. In case of
malfunction, repairs are to be conducted by qualified personnel only.

Warning!
During cleaning or operation do not immerse the electrical parts of the appliance in
water or other liquids. Never hold the appliance under running water.
16. Regularly check the power plug and power cord for damage. If the supply cord is damaged, it
must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order
to avoid a danger or injury.
17. The microwave is intended to be used freestanding. Do not use as built-in or in a cabinet.
Place the microwave on a flat, level and firm surface. Make sure there is enough free space
around the appliance (10 cm behind, 20 cm above and 5 cm on both sides).
18. Read this instruction manual carefully before using the appliance. It contains important information for your safety as well as operating and
maintenance advice.
19. Observe all safety instructions to avoid damage through improper use! Follow all warnings on the appliance.
20. Keep this instruction manual for future use. Should this appliance be passed on to a third party, then this instruction manual must be
included.
21. Before connecting the appliance to the power supply, check that the power supply voltage and current rating corresponds with the power
supply details shown on the appliance rating label.
22. Never use a damaged appliance! Disconnect the appliance from the electrical outlet and contact your retailer if it is damaged.
23. To avoid damaging the cord, do not squeeze, bend or chafe it on sharp edges. Keep it away from hot surfaces and open flames as well.
24. Lay out the cord in such a way that no unintentional pulling or tripping over it is possible.
25. If an extension cord is used, its capacity needs to be suitable for the power consumed by the appliance.
26. Do not operate the appliance with wet hands or while standing on a wet floor. Do not touch the power plug with wet hands.
27. Do not open the appliance casing under any circumstances. Do not insert any foreign objects into the inside of the casing.
28. Never use accessories which are not recommended by the manufacturer. They could pose a safety risk to the user and might damage the
appliance. Only use original parts and accessories.
29. Do not place heavy objects on top of the appliance. Do not place objects with open flames, e.g. candles, on top of or beside the
appliance. Do not place objects filled with fluids, e.g. vases, on or near the appliance.
30. Do not pull the power plug out of the electrical outlet by the power cord and do not wrap the power cord around the appliance.
31. Connect the power plug to an easily reachable electrical outlet so that in case of an emergency the appliance can be unplugged
immediately. Pull the power plug out of the electrical outlet to completely switch off the appliance. Use the power plug as the
disconnection device.
32. Disconnect the power plug from the electrical outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
33. Always turn the appliance off before disconnecting the power plug.
34. Use the appliance exclusively for the preparation of food. Do not use the appliance to dry clothing, paper or other objects.
35. Do not operate the appliance without food in the cooking compartment. Operating without food can damage the appliance.
36. Dishes can become hot due to the heated food. Therefore, always use oven gloves to take the food out of the appliance.
37. Do not use the appliance for storage purposes. Do not leave paper products, cooking utensils or food inside the appliance.
38. Do not use the microwave oven without the glass turntable in place.
39. This product is a Group 2 Class B ISM equipment. The definition of Group 2 which contains all ISM (Industrial, Scientific and Medical)
equipment in which radio frequency energy is intentionally generated and/or used in the form of electromagnetic radiation for the
treatment of material, and spark erosion equipment. For Class B equipment is equipment suitable for use in domestic establishments and
in establishments directly connected to a low voltage power supply network which supplies buildings used for domestic purpose.
40. Always cook food with container.

This appliance is only intended for cooking food using microwave energy. Do not use it to dry other materials or to store food.
