Maintenance intervals
Before use
64. Visually check the concrete mixer.
65. The concrete mixer must not be operated if any parts of
the machine are missing, defective or loose.
66. Visually check the connection cable. To do this, fully
unwind the connection cable. A defective connection
cable (e.g. insulation cracked, cut, crushed or kinked)
must not be used.

67. Lubricate bearings on the driving pinion with
commercially available multi-purpose grease. The
grease nipple is situated on the recess of the motor
housing and is accessible from the exterior. To access
the grease nipple, swivel the mixing drum into the
transportation position.
Warning!
Do not lubricate (grease) the
ring gear.
Cleaning the drum
68. Wash out the drum with gravel and water.
69. Remove encrusted cement and mortar. Do not strike
the drum or mixer housing with hard objects (e.g.
hammer, shovel, etc.).

70. Loosen the mounting bolts (2x) on the motor housing.
71. Press down the motor housing and retighten both
mounting bolts.

Danger!
Before opening the motor
housing, switch off the concrete
mixer, wait until the drum has
come to a standstill and pull out
the mains plug.
72. Unscrew the motor housing cover and check the belt
tension.
73. Screw the cover back onto the motor housing.
Troubleshooting
If any faults occur, switch off the concrete mixer, pull out
the mains plug and have the fault(s) rectified by an
authorised specialist company.
