Engine does not run.
Rechargeable battery is flat.
Charge the rechargeable battery.
Rechargeable battery miss-
ing or rechargeable battery
not seated correctly.
Insert the rechargeable battery cor-
rectly.
Power supply is interrupted.
1. Remove the battery.
2. Clean the plug contacts of the ap-
pliance.
The motor protection switch
has switched off the motor
due to overload.
Wait until the motor protection switch
enables the motor again.
Motor keeps cutting out.

The On/Off switch is de-
fective.

Cutting blade becomes hot
when running. Generation of

1. Switch off the appliance and re-
