Snowline 46 E
As needed
Check the clearing plate. Replace worn clea-
ring plate.
Check the drive belt. Replace defective drive
belt.
1x per season
Have the machine inspected and serviced at
a service centre.
Clean the machine
CAUTION!
Do not hose down the machine with wa-
ter! Water could get into the switch-plug
combination and the electric motor and
damage these.
1. Switch off the machine on solid, level and ho-
rizontal ground.
2. Remove residual road salt and dirt.
3. Clean the handle, safety bar and switch-plug
combination and keep dry.
Replacing the clearing plate
see Figure 9
1. Tip the machine backwards.
2. Remove the 4 screws of the worn clearing
plate.
3. Remove the clearing plate.
4. Attach the new clearing plate to the housing
using the screws.
5. Tip the machine forward again and check the
setting.
Replacing the drive belt
ADVICE
The drive belt is located behind the left
cover of the snow blower
(in the direction
of travel)
.
see Figure 10
1. Remove the screws of the left cover and 2
screws from the housing.
2. Roll the drive belt off the large pulley.
3. Pull on the new drive belt over the small pulley
first and then over the large pulley.
4. Check the adjustment.
Do not lubricate the machine
The snowblower was lubricated at the factory be-
fore delivery. Additional lubrication of the indivi-
dual parts can cause machine damage!
REPAIRS
Professional inspection
Repairs may be performed only by qualified work-
shops.
Always have a qualified workshop perform an in-
spection:
After running onto an obstacle
If the engine stops suddenly
If the auger is damaged.
STORAGE
Always store the machine with the mains plug
unplugged.
Store in a dry area that is inaccessible to
children and unauthorised persons.
DISPOSAL
Do not dispose of old
equipment,batteries or accumulators
as householdwaste!
Product, packaging, and accessories
were made with recyclable materials, and
should be disposed of accordingly.
TROUBLESHOOTING
CAUTION!
Always unplug the mains plug and wait for the motor to come to a complete stop before perfor-
ming any work on the machine.
