To configure a BLF key via phone user interface:
1) Go to the path: Menu->Features->Programmable keys->Line Keys->Line Key 1.
2) Press Left/Right button or Switch soft key to set the Type as BLF.
3) (Optional.) Press Down button to set Label. The Label will appear on the screen.
4) Press Down button to set Value. The Value column is to set the monitor phone
number.
5) Press Down key to select Account ID. The Account column is to select the desired
account to apply this feature.
6) (Optional.) press Down key to set the pick up code in Extension column. If
configured, you can pick up the call that are received on the monitored phone.
7) Press Save soft key to save the setting. The standby status shown as below.
Slow flashing green
The monitored user is dialing.
The monitored user is talking.
Off
The monitored user does not exist.
